CoagBill, An Integrated Progress Note

CoagBill, an integrated progress note, is an optional module for CoagTrak that automates the anticoagulation office visit from encounter form to billing. By using CoagBill, your practice can capture more visit revenue, prevent lost revenue by ensuring every encounter is properly captured and billed, and seamlessly integrate the visit note into the patient’s chart. After completing the progress note, a charge slip (“Superbill”) is generated and is available for print out or may be integrated into your practice management (PM) billing system.
