- 10 hours a day/5 days a week live phone support (excluding holidays)

4 Implementation/Training
As part of your implementation, our implementation specialist performs Requirements
Analysis, Customizations, Systems Integrations (where applicable), User Training
and Delivery.
These steps are overseen by a Project Manager using Project Management Methodologies;
go-live support is included.
